Michael

Production work on commercial, entertainment, and factual shoots for clients from around the world during more than two decades is at the core of Michael’s experience.  Highlights from his years managing production service budgets ranging from modest to over 1 million euros include feature film, sport celebrity shoots, primetime TV programming for all major US & UK channels, and events as diverse as motocross and a papal visit.

This Los Angeles native with a traveler’s soul started his own production service company overseas to share with fellow production professionals the wonders of shooting film, photo, and video projects across Spain and Portugal – the sunniest corner of Europe.  Michael is as quick with a smile as he is committed to no-nonsense production workflow delivering cost-effective, quality results you can see in frame.  He founded the Production Service Network in 2014 to accomplish that worldwide.  He manages PSN from his base in Madrid, Barcelona, or most anywhere he has an Internet connection.

Eirik

Eirik Vaage is the founder and Executive Producer of the PSN Partner in Norway. He co-founded his first company 12 years ago and has since built up a solid portfolio as a location scout, manager, line producer, and producer. He's also a creative soul who has directed several documentaries for the main broadcast company in Norway. The spectacular nature on the west coast of Norway still fascinates him. In 2014, Eirik wrote a book about the Alps of Norway - casting some light on this under-explored and spectacular region. Beside working with his partners under the PSN Norway banner, Eirik is CEO of winters largest extreme sport festival in Norway. If you need a stunt scene, Eirik is the person to organize it.

What makes his day? “To build a good project, deliver a solid production, and make everybody smile,” says Eirik. "The film industry on the west coast of Norway is like an extended family, and we make sure our friends will enjoy their stay with us!"

Dara

It would be impolite to point out how many years Dara has worked in production for, but let's say it's counted in decades rather than years.  Educated in Ireland and Italy, she began her career in a commercials' production company as a fresh faced PA and worked her way up to producer.  She then spent a number of years working in feature film production before returning to her real love, making ads.  Mainly based in Ireland, she spent a few fantastic years running a production company in Nairobi, Kenya before returning to her native Dublin.  She has shot on every continent and has welcomed clients from every continent to Ireland to whom she provides unparalleled production services for commercial, still, and promo productions.

Chi Minh

Chi Minh De Leo is one of the founders of the production shop that is PSN Vietnam. After 10 years spent on set as an agency creative in Vietnam’s top agencies, Chi Minh bit the bullet and set up his own company with long term producer friend Phan Viet Quoc Huy. Since then, Chi Minh has worked on countless projects, including TVCs, animations, and documentaries for both the local and the international markets. Being trilingual and having lived in 4 countries, Chi Minh is a real connector. Between productions, he enjoys working on the development of a first feature and spending time discovering the city’s ever expanding food scene.

Toni

Toni Schulz is a Hamburg-born German who found his niche in Barcelona.

For more than a decade he’s managed international productions across Spain with fellow Executive Producer / MD Albert Soler.  The two met at Albiñana Films in 2003 and soon after launched a venture that has seen them service shoots for top directors and photographers on campaigns for major automotive, fashion, and telecom brands.

Before Spain, Toni honed his production skills in Hamburg at Downtown Filmproductions and later Scholz & Friends.  He then moved to Berlin where he worked with Heimat.  Since those early years Toni has built a reputation as the go-to resource for German producers shooting in sunny Spain.

Father of 2 amazingly stressful and fantastic kids, Toni is very passionate about classic cars and 100% foodie.  No wonder he’s happily settled in Barcelona!

Julia

As EP and co-owner of the PSN Poland Partner company, Julia has had a busy career.  From PA work back in 1999 she soon jumped into a producer role for big projects shot in Poland with international clients as well as productions for the local market shot across Europe and as far as New Zealand, Cuba, South Africa, and Malaysia.

Julia began managing all Procter & Gamble projects as well as international production service work in 2005.  Those projects have included work with celebrities on set.

Julia is a happy mother who loves new challenges at work.  She handles stressful situations as easily as she speaks 4 languages fluently – Polish, English, French, and Swedish, the language she learned as a child growing up in Sweden.

Priyanga

At the helm of PSN Sri Lanka is a long-time 1st AD who brings the detail-oriented mind of a computer programmer to the production service shop he started nearly 2 decades ago.  Priyanga’s early exposure to web development in California and London taught him to think out of the box.  Back home in Sri Lanka, he shifted into CG animation before a game changing experience that placed him alongside international crews shooting TVCs and feature films.

Priyanga became hooked on production service and came to specialize in line production that made use of the departmental as well as local filmmaking knowledge he had acquired over the years.  His entrepreneurial spirit positions him a leading go-to resource for production services in Sri Lanka as well as nearby Maldives.

Andrés

At the helm of the first company in Uruguay specifically dedicated to A-Class production service sit Andrés Mailhos and Nico Aznárez.  Demonstrating the standout advantages and allure of this compact South American nation for commercial and feature film production has been their calling for more than a decade.

These trailblazers have overcome the challenges of a developing market with tenacity to deliver a fluid workflow and rewarding shooting experience. Through evolving institutional and legal reforms and technological innovations Andrés has emerged as current Board President of the Uruguayan Audiovisual Chamber.

Finding solutions for clients is ingrained in the company culture at PSN Uruguay.  The local know-how accumulated over the years is unmatched in Uruguay and makes it an alternative not to be missed in South America.

Luca

Luca is a showman at heart.  He got his start as a producer and promoter of concerts and shows more than 20 years ago.  He turned to film production in the late 90’s and soon worked up through the production ranks to PM and later line producer of projects shot worldwide by Italian production companies.

That experience has served him well since 2006 when he set up his own shop in Italy to work on international projects shooting at home.  Luca is always at the ready to work with clients toward a balance of the creative brief and cost-effective solutions.  His constructive approach toward the technical as well as cultural aspects of shooting overseas has earned him widespread client praise.

Ari

Ari has packed a lot into 25 years of experience in advertising.  Hundreds of productions have seen him evolve from an Assistant Director to Agency Producer to Radio Host to Production Manager to Executive Producer and now Partner at his own production house in Mexico.

This weekend mountain biker is a travel enthusiast who enjoys nothing more than sharing the world with his 4-year-old boy and wife of 10 years.

Ari thrives on the new challenges of each project and client satisfaction with the performance he and his team deliver.

He hopes to be in the industry another 25 years to share his experience with younger generations and also learn a thing or two from them.
