A film incentive in Thailand is now providing a tax rebate of 15%. Hiring of key Thai crew can boost the rebate by 3%. Promotion of Thai tourism can add 2% for a maximum rebate of 20%.
Film projects must spend the equivalent of $1.4 million locally to qualify. A cap of about $2.17 million tax rebate per project applies.
The measure adopted in early 2017 has a specific application period and requires foreign filmmakers to work with a local company that is officially registered with the film and tourism offices.

These spots were our follow up to our very successful collaboration with the Korean agency HSAd and director Matthias Zentner. This time for LG. We set the bar even higher, shooting two huge days; one in the studio and one on location in Bangkok. Incredibly, most effects were achieved 'in camera', and we even shot with pure-bred black stallions running through black water against digital gray screens: simply amazing.
