Croatia

Many international producers are rediscovering Croatia as the best value for their money. Why not try us yourself?

Croatia, where is it? Thanks to 1,500 years of Croatian culture, we Croats like to think of ourselves as relatively well known (at least in Europe). Nevertheless, the question is among the most common we hear from foreign producers when we first meet.

Contact Croatia

Bordering Hungary, Italy, and countries of the former Yugoslavia, Croatia’s territory is fortunate to span some 90% of the east Adriatic Sea coast.

Croatia offers a wide range of filming locations within a few hours of each other. Thanks to their proximity, we also provide full shoot support from the forested mountains of Slovenia to the inland territory of Bosnia & Herzegovina, dotted with Ottoman, Orthodox, and Soviet-era architecture.

In the eastern part of Croatia, you’ll find plains, fields, oak woods, and wetland landscapes. The urban center features Austro-Hungarian architecture reminiscent of Vienna or Budapest with many medieval walls and castles.

Moving westward you’ll find high mountain ranges, lakes, pine forests, and the sea. Stretching south are more than 600 km of coastline and more than 1,000 islands with beautiful beaches, bays, and port towns with Mediterranean architecture.

Croatia has a long tradition in the film industry, and the country offers a tax rebate for foreign film productions. Crews here have worked on Hollywood productions dating back to the 1950’s. More recently, production house Caviar and Netflix have tapped into our expertise for their narrative projects.

The Croatian capital of Zagreb is where camera, grip, and lighting rentals, as well as production teams, are stationed. Good transport links minimize the distance between different locations.

The standard working day is 12 hours, there are no union film workers, overtime hours are not progressive, and all standard film equipment is available. Special equipment can be transported with minimal overhead costs from Austria or Germany.

A large number of sunny days throughout the year, the Mediterranean climate, and the ability to shoot in the coastal area almost throughout the calendar year make Croatia a very desirable destination for filming.

A remarkable collection of creatives have come to our country to realize their visions. It has been our honor to provide full support for their work.

And we look forward to doing the same for you, so don’t hesitate to contact us for your next shoot.

Eric Brown

As the co-founder of a bi-coastal production company conceived in 2010, Eric provided solutions to foreign production companies, agencies, clients, and creators producing a wide array of content in the USA and all over the world.

[cont.] Projects include “Striving for Greatness,” a virtual reality experience with LeBron James; Nintendo’s Japanese market commercial for Pokemon featuring Masahiro Tanaka of the NY Yankees; Toyota Thailand’s multi-spot campaign featuring Adam Levine from Grammy-winning group Maroon 5; and Uniqlo’s 2018 worldwide media campaign which lensed on the Warner Bros backlot and downtown Los Angeles.

Eric prides himself on delivering a first-rate experience with a high level of transparency. The best validation of his efforts is the steady stream of repeat clients that visit job after job and year after year. Besides showing off all of what the USA has to offer for producers, Eric still finds joy in the novelty of seeing snow-capped, Southern California mountains while riding his bike at the beach… in shorts… in February. He enjoys skiing, CrossFit, food, travel, and spending time with his twin sons, and the family dog.

Raw Majesty and Regional Resilience

Venezuela offers a cinematic scale that is increasingly rare: from Angel Falls and the prehistoric tepuis of the Guayana Highlands to the pristine archipelagos of Los Roques.

The Production Reality & Brazil Bridge: Filming here requires a regional powerhouse to manage the supply chain and ensure international standards. We solve the current infrastructure gaps by leveraging our PSC in Brazil:

  • Legacy Expertise: Our Brazilian team has a multi-decade history of operating in Venezuela. We combine the resilience of local Caracas-based crews with senior Brazilian HODs to ensure technical and safety protocols meet global expectations.
  • The Equipment Pipeline: While local suppliers provide standard grip and lighting, we “short-shuttle” specialized camera packages and drone tech from our hubs in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. We manage the secure logistical corridors and shifting customs requirements of the 2026 landscape.
  • Risk Management: In the current transitional climate, security is paramount. We provide comprehensive risk assessments and use established local networks to secure locations and transport, providing a safety net of international standard for every shoot.

By pairing our deep Brazilian resources with an intimate knowledge of the Venezuelan interior, we allow you to capture the world’s most dramatic natural wonders with total logistical confidence.

Contact us directly with details about your next project to determine how it may fit in Venezuela.

Trinidad & Tobago

Caribbean Soul with Strategic South American Support

Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) offers a unique cinematic duality: the industrial grit and cosmopolitan energy of Port of Spain paired with the untouched, “postcard” serenity of Tobago’s white-sand beaches. As the southernmost link in the Caribbean chain, it serves as a sophisticated logistical bridge between the West Indies and South America.

The Production Reality & Regional Synergy: T&T is a highly developed hub with a skilled local workforce and established film-friendly policies. To maximize the scale of your production, we utilize our Brazil-based PSC to architect a hybrid approach that draws from the best of the neighboring territories:

Incentive Mastery: For 2026, the Production Expenditure Rebate Programme remains one of the most generous in the region. It offers a tiered cash rebate of up to 35% on qualifying local spend, plus a significant additional 20% cash rebate for hiring local labor. Our team specializes in maximizing these “uplifts” by integrating high-caliber local technicians into our department structures.

The Venezuela-Brazil Supply Chain: While T&T has its own resources, we bridge any technical gaps by leveraging our deep history in the region. We coordinate the movement of specialized equipment and supplemental crew from Venezuela (just 7 miles away) and our primary technical hubs in Brazil. This allows for a “heavy-duty” production footprint—incorporating specialized grip, lighting, and camera tech—while maintaining a local hiring strategy that secures your rebate.

Our Role: We provide the “Optimal Approach.” By hiring local T&T talent to anchor the 20% labor rebate and reinforcing them with our Brazil-managed technical supply chain, we deliver a Tier-1 production experience. We navigate the FilmTT (Trinidad and Tobago Film Company) applications and mandatory audits, ensuring that while you capture the islands’ vibrant culture and diverse landscapes, you are also capturing the Caribbean’s most aggressive financial returns.

Reach out with details about your project so we can evaluate how it’ll come into focus in T&T.
